Looks like the eye of a conch in the sand bed.

Are you asking us to identify the Conch or something else? Cause that is definitely a conch who is being lazy and eating from the comfort of his sand. Mine does it all the time. He will sometimes sit under the sand in one spot for a week refusing to come out and just sticking out his trunk to get some food and then going back to sleep lol
