My lfs had them coming in when I went in from waters around Sri Lanka. But I can't find anything like it from books about local reef fish.
I know its not that clear but one of them can be seen a bit to the end of video. They caleld it " Butterfly Scorpion fish"
Mostly noctanal fish that soft of glide from wings.
Any idea of atleast soem fish with the description I'm saying if cant ID it from Video ?
