I have a 10 gallon invert QT going and feed it frozen algae paste at times and pellets. For the past couple days I have these tiny approx 1mm or less free swimming creatures that look similar to jellyfish but have jerking swimming motions and also small white specks. See video. Any ideas what this is? Thanks!

Hydroids, they will disappear as fast as they turn up. Common in new set ups
 
Too blurry to tell 100%, but yeah. Could be hydroids, but could also be Jellyfish. If they look like in the pic below, then it might be upside down jellyfish ephyra. I got a lot of polyp stage jellies in my tank, although they seem to be entering the ephyra stage mostly between spring and summer months. Like crazy. One day I will successfully raise one to full size. One day.
