Can you overfeed seaweed?

I put a 1/2 sheet in the tank every day and it's gone in 4 hours. I put it in a clip and let it sink to the bottom. The fish, conchs and ever bristle worms eat it.

Should I put more in or less?

For a normal tank 1/2 sheet should be good. You dont want to over feed the worms, they will multiply like rabbits. You could do a 1/4 sheet 2 times a day.

Lol, good question.

We do 3/4 of a sheet (cut up in 3 sections) on 3 different clips up on the glass, spread around the tank.

Tangs, 5 yellow coris wrasse, flame angels and lubbocks wrasse, little bit from the clowns, all clean it up in a 1/2 day.
I will pick up and relocate the turbos when I am around and see them get close. (I'm mean)

Been overfeeding/doing 2 rounds of feeding when I get home from work.

Trying to make sure the tangs get along. So far ok. 2 weeks and some weird behavior but 1 is still fat and the second is getting fat.

What colors do you feed?

We have purple, red and green. But they only really devour the purple.

If I put more in the evening it would get eaten. I am just not sure I should.

I have used red and green. They seem to like it equally well.

I feed a full sheet every other day and meaty food everyday. Only my purple tang eats the nori and nothing else. Seems to be fine for my fish.

I feed a full sheet every day. I have about 40 fish tho. A lot of large tangs and a angel. The sheet is gone in about 5 min. Then I feed 2 pieces of frozen larger then a half dollar right after. I do that again every night.

My clowns, tangs, blenny and foxface eat it. They get Reef Frenzy every day as well.
