Can you re-use old Trident Reagent?
Yes!

BTW, The reagents were only 8 months old. Which means that the trident leaves behind 25% of the reagents.

They say no but I do. I haven't noticed any change in my parameters. I double check with other test kits.

I have been consolidating leftover and after a year have essentially a full set (two of A, one each of B and C). I will only use it if I cannot find new though.

I had a full set after only 8 months- wonder what the difference is?- I don't think I ever do extra tests

I tried it. It works. Only issue i noticed is accuracy. For example if my alk normally reads 8.25, it will be 8.60. However readings are consistent which is all that matters.

I did the same thing, since i'm trying to avoid buying a 2 month supply. 6 Month supplies are no where to be found.

I feel like the changes in parameter values are not much larger than a regular reagent change. You can buy the calibration fluid from Neptune, and I think it would bring the values right in line. However, yes, for me consistent is what really matters.
