Can you Run a Biopellet and Algae Reactor?

Title says it all, I currently have a biopellet reactor, but want an algae reactor also. Not enough nutrients in water?

It all depends on your needs. Do the biopellets not work well enough? I tend to look at biopellets as helping the nitrates more so than phosphates and algae scrubbers and fuges as more so for phosphates than nitrates.
