Can you run all blues all day?

wondering if that’s fine? I hate white light or anything other then blue... so can I run all blues on a xr15w pro gen 4? My lights typically turn on at 8am and stay on till 8pm with ramp up and ramp down

You can and many people do. I run mostly blue with a Small percentage of white during the peak hours of the day.

Should I leave any % of white green and red?

I don’t know what you should do. I run kessil AP700’s and an aquatic life hybrid Fixture with actinic and super actinic bulbs. I have no red or green, and only get up to about 15% whites during the middle of the day.
