Can you use api super ick medicine while doing the tank transfer method (TTM)?

I am thinking yes, just add the medicine when doing the transfer. Any recommendation is appreciated. I started with the first transfer, with a fresh water dip already. I want to use the medicine since it has nitrofurazone in it.

It's like wearing a mask during a chemothreaphy treatment. Do it if you want, if the TTM is done properly that will work without but adding nf won't conflict with the proceedure, just make it more chemical infused for the fishes. HTH.
