Battling flatworms for the last 6 months. Was able to keep at bay with FlatwormStop. But recently noticed torches and hammers not fully extending and flatworms on coral skeletons. Up the dosage of FlatwormStop to 2x recommended dosage. Torches and hammers looking great again.

Question - can you use too much of these problem solver additives?

What about a natural method, ie: wrasse or other fish?
I have two wrasses - melanurus and orange back. Both have seem to have lot their appetite for the flat worms.

Add a yellow coris (H. chrysus) to the mix, they are flatworm killing machines! Any Halichoeres wrasse will actually, although to me it seems that the larger they get, the less effective they become. Orange backs - like all fairy and flasher wrasses - don't eat flatworms. Imo chemicals to kill stuff don't belong in aquariums.

i added a yellow coris to my DT for ghost flatworms that seemed to be thriving in my sump and were making their way up to my DT. when he was first introduced, it was an active worker. now he seems lazy, only casually looking over rockwork and sand. spends more time swimming around and waiting for me to feed pellets/frozen.
