Canada Dropoff tank Build! :)

Hey Everyone,

Had my new tank up and running for a few months now and thought I would start a tank journal here on Reef2Reef .

Tank I believe is a 48x24x40 (at the drop off point which I think starts around the 30" length mark. Staphire glass with one piece front and brack and is rimless .

I have a custom sump with filter sock chamber, Alpha 250 skimmer, Siporax (added today) and a red dragon return pump. Lights are ATI 36" LED Powermodule 8 bulb (x4 Actinic and x4 Blue Plus). No controller yet but willl be hooked up to my profilux 3 Ex. I will also have a 4 pump GHL doser (on order). So far I have a mp40 for powerhead but I will be adding a gyre soon to increase the flow.


Tank will me a mixed reef, sps dominant at the top

Found sometime for some quick photos. Decided to light the tank with an ATI LED Powermodule. By far the best light I have ever used.

Hi from Cowtown! Stunning. Could you give some specific details of the tank. Is the side piece a single plate ? I am looking at a shorter drop off as well. Great corals.

WOW, this tank looks awesome!!! ATI hybrid is a great lightsystem, i use the same only a 8x80/4x75. Was the best choice for my tank to switch to this powermodule
