Another person on this thread found this supplier who apparently still sells Marex:
Because this product also contains Pyrimethamine, I cannot give you a dose, other than to say use the label instructions. The dose they give is 25 mg/gallon. Noga gives a typical dose of 40 mg/gallon, and that is more in line with my own suggested dose of 12 mg/l. The trouble is that the Pyrimethamine is a wild card - it may be synergistic with the chloroquine, so I am hesitant to suggest using Marex at a higher dose. I have an email into the company for further information.
