Candy apple orange vs. Bowser.

For any of you who have them both. 2 questions. Are they different enough to justify get both? (I don't have any). And which one you prefer and why? Thanks for answering.

Stoking the fire...I am curious to see some side by side photos too. The problem I think you will find is there are several vendors selling their version of the bowser, so there are several different bowsers out there.

If you have t5s and place candy apple reds high enough they develop yellow and look very similar. Here's a side by side of CAR and bowsers. I can't get my candy apple reds to develop yellow. I bought some from reefkoi with lots of yellow and after 2 months they were red . My opinion get CAR and wait for the bowsers to drop in price but if you can afford the bowsers are amazing under LEDs and look like they're on fire. I think Joe knows reef had the best price on them.

That's not my colony lol. It's a grow out frag!!! I don't have the oranges.

Had a chance to pick up a bowser at a show about 4 years ago, but wasn't willing to pay $200 a polyp. I'm still waiting for that price drop.

From where I live, they are just candy with different price tag. Color on the left bottom is the most intense, at least better than some called bowser which has dull color on skirts. I stopped collecting candies but I see a few more strain floating around... three is enough for me ^_^
