Candy apple red morphed a third layer of tenticles

Any one ever seen this happen before? The babies are also starting to develop the extra tentacles, Zoa in question is the Candy Apple Red On the far left. It has the normal tentacles some going down and some going upwards each alternating but this one seems to have little nubs going inward to perpindicular to the face of the coral.
