Small white jelly hitchhiker stops candy cane heads opening. Looks as though there are many rounded stinger which are sticky. Any ideas?

Corallimorph. I think this i, cant take picture it so very very small several attached to candy cane heads. How to remove?

More info - off white in colour - circlar- no stalk. Just can't take the picture with camera I have! Candy cane will not open. Should I try iodine neat to each candy cane head? Or try coral protect or Revite or all?

Ball nem?? Aptasia x will take care of them.

Looking more like hydroid medusa? How to destroy these? What would eat these, emerald crab? Any ideas please.

Medusa hydroids are generally a new tank thing and go away on thier own. You can suck them off with a baster.

If i may suggest if you cannot get a pic, google candy cane disease or what you think it may be. See if there are any pix that look like your coral.

That may help identify what is going on and maybe a cure.
