Good evening everybody, I have a but of a problem on my hands. Around 3 weeks ago I started having what I believe was a bacteria bloom as a white stringy substance was attaching to everywhere in my tank (on the powerheads, in the siphon tube, and on my live rock). About 2 weeks before that I had bought a montipora and a few sps (rainbow stylo, christmas mirabilis, and one tht I can't remember the name but has toto or something in it's name). The montipora immediately started to seemingly disintegrate, which didn't completely surprise me as I had another one in the tank and after originally looking good started to do the same thing. So I removed both of the montis since they would lose around 35% of their mass overnight. The stylo and mirabilis weren't ever too happy and so I ended up removing them, while the "toto" one is still in my tank but hasn't ever opened it's polyps out.

Anyway back to my problem, after fighting this bloom for a few weeks it has seemingly subsided around 95% but about a week ago my candy cane coral started looking unhappy. Usually it opens up every night but now it isn't and looked like it was melting on one of it's heads. This was odd as I bought it over a year ago with 2 heads and now it has over 20. I figured maybe something was up with that head so I just left it. Now all of a sudden the head next to it is doing the same thing. Tonight I shined a light on the coral and saw a very small clear critter running on the "melted" heads. It doesn't look like red bugs or nudibranches so I am at a loss.

(A few heads opened up a little last night and took some PE Mysis so that was a little reassuring)

To be frank there are a few corals that seem to be irritated such as a frogspawn that won't fully open (weird because my other two will)

If you have any advice or questions please feel free to let me know. I attached a photo that I took tonight (lights off, which is why the color looks weird) and before anyone asks here are my water parameters.
