Hi all! This .is my first candy cane coral, I’ve noticed that it has split and the other one to the back is doing the same. My question is do they continue to grow and attach to whatever they can grab on to? Or should they have something special to attach to?

If the colony is attactched to a rock your fine and even if it isn't its still doesnt matter, new heads will branch off from the original head and don't need anything to grow on to so no need to worry, hope his helps
