Looks like lots of boring spiniod worms, they've got 2 tentacles ( think called palps)I've got a load in my tank and they bore into skeletons off lps in my tank or frag plugs off zoas and my corals have slowly died, the red outlines I've done is you cam see a white dot which I believe is top part off worm then the 2 tentacles they stick out to capture food.
What they look like to me anyway.
Rock boring spionid worms

Thanks for replying! Any advice on treatment?
I believe the current recommended treatment (if they've spread) is Interceptor, or if they haven't spread, Bayer dipping - to my knowledge, these are still experimental treatments though, and the current successes are based on anecdotal evidence, so your mileage may vary with these treatments. The link below discusses some of things the OP has tried without success, and has links to the recommended treatments on page 3.

Thank you. Since it’s a new frag and cost me about €20,- I think I’ll just remove it from the tank and try a few aggressive treatments. Rather have it die in QT than spreading throughout my DT. Hope it works since it just started forming a new polyp…

Yeah I think it’s some kind of algae. It’s been there since the start almost but doesn’t get any bigger or smaller than this. The hermits and shrimp seem to graze on it though. And it’s just on a few pieces of rock.
