Sorry here is a little bit more info the Soft part is detaching from the skeleton. Its super weird because everything else is my tank is doing amazing

They are dying. Those heads will not come back. I don't have experience with this happening personally. I know my my candy canes like very little flow or the polys deflate. Otherwise, from your numbers, I'd say your salinity and Mag are both low.

Salinity is very low. NIt should be between 1.025 and 1.026

Salinity is on the up rise they where doing really good for about 6 months. they are still inflated they are just coming off the skeleton super weird. i Have 2 maxspect on my 100 gallon tank and i may have had to much flow i turned it down a bit. i may lower the candy canes to even less flow and put them twords the bottom

I would also check pH. Fluctuations in pH can wipe out lps colonies in a day.
But agree with other commenters. Good flow but not blasting, alk, salinity, and mag can be increased. However I would raise each parameter gradually. Also, most of my lps are placed towards the middle to bottom of tank and seem to thrive.

My experience is a very low light coral . I always place near bottom and off to the sides of the light source.
