candy cane trouble

This is what my cane has looked like for the past 2 weeks now. I have tried various spot feedings with pump off, some food sticks to it but haven't seen any tentacle and have no polyp extension. I am very concerned with this and was wondering if it is too late to save, or any way to save it. It still glows under my blue leds, but is currently not interested in opening at all.

is there any flesh left on it?
or is it skeletal all the way inside?

yes, the center is still fleshy, but looks like the skeleton is slowly creeping up the outside.

it may be hard to bring back, but I'm no expert I'm afraid. try dropping it lower and shield it a bit from flow....that may help

I think he said to try what i said

try feeding it anything really...mysis...brine....small bits of shrimp/prawn, whatever it will take. you may need to get it into a container or something for a while so that you have easy access to it for feeding and to stop anything stealing the food from it. getting food to sit on the mouth will be hard if there is flow. GL

Should I remoe it from the tank in a con tainer, or try to cover it with somethink in the tank? I do kill all the pumps while feeding but obviously can't keep the fish and shrimp away from it
