Canister filter media

Ok ok i know a sump is the way to go

But ive got what ive got and i enough working on my tank.

Currently im cycling,i have live rock and a tunze 9904 skimmer in a 50gal tank.

Im running a eheim 2213 with one course filter and marine pure.

I have another canister not being used eheim 2215 would it be better to add this to my system too with more marine pure or any other media?

I would suggest running the 2215 with Rowaphos. Start now & you can safely stablized your tank before adding any livestock. You made a good move with the Tunze skimmer & Marine Pure, all you need now is enough water movement. The extra canister will provide some. If you add a Jebao RW 4 to the mix you should be covered.
