CANNOT LOG IN ON MY IPHONE APP

Hello everyone, since I bought the new iPhone XS-Max can’t use the APP from the app market, endless times trying to login but the same msg appears over and over again. Only can login using the safari browser but prefer a million times the app. Help please...

I'm not sure if it's already in place, but could be the reason why you aren't able to use the app.

Yes the tapatalk access has been removed.
