Canon macro lens value

Trying to find info (Value) of a macro lens I got with a camera. It is a Canon macro lens ef 100mm 1:2.8, it doesnt have the switch on it like the newer ones, so I know its a older model. Says made in Japan

Looks like they go for a little under $200 on ebay. Production started on these in the early 90's, not sure if there is an easy way for you to find out when yours was produced.

I found them going for $350 on a used camera lens site, so I think $200 would be fair
