This is the EFS 18-135mm Lens, I bought a macro lens but can't seem to get it to adapt to the camera, Ive never has a high end cam like this my Nikon coolPix L110 which was a waste of $500.. Look at the difference.

It is L, but I've used regular 100mm a few years ago and it was very good as well.
