Canopy fan power

For those who have fans built in thier canopy, how much cfm are they pushing and do you run 1 or 2?

Edit: also tank dimensions to have a better understanding.

I run 6 fans. Two of these at 104 CFM And two 150CFM 12volt computer type fans. This is for a standard 125 gallon.

What size tank and what kind of lights you run?

Standard 125. 3 SBReefLight basic 16's, two Illumagic BlazeX mini's. To OR light bars 60 and 90.

How did you plug them all in, is there an adapter that connects the cpu fans to 1 outlet?

Yes, all the fans have a dedicated power strip (actually a three-way extension cord as there are only two plugs needed) and that is plugged into my EB8 on the Apex controller. The AIRPLATE fans do not need to be controlled by the Apex as they are independently controlled by their own thermostat. I just plug them all into one 3-way to consolidate outlet usage. The CPU fans are wired in parallel to a single 12-volt adapter plug.

I run two 120mm case fans wired to a adjustable walwart power source. Around 50 cfm total on a 6' 125 gallon. Three 165w black boxes. Mostly for humidity control in the canopy.

I got a blue fan blowing over the tank atm, its a eye sore lol! Planning on moving it to the sump and adding the fans to the canopy for humidy control aswell, especially once i put in some t5 bulbs. A few weeks ago, its was really humid here.

I also use the infinity air plate fans. I have a single one pushing air into the side of my canopy and a double one pulling air out the top, off the top of my lights. I’ve beennusing them for years and have had a couple fail....but they are fairly cheap to replace.
