I think salinity is too high? Also, I didn't see mention of PH! I have mine under LEDs and they love it. I spot feed 3 times a week.

Your too wrapped up In The pO4's. If high pO4 is your ONLY problem in the tank then you have nothing to worry about. With that being said, there is obviously something going on that the duncan doesn't like. When you say they are under LEDs, what LEDs are you running?
