So i just found fritz zyme and i added the dosage for a new tank to cycle i dosed ammonia and its been two days and im already getting nitrite and nitrates its crasy ive never started a cycle this quick

If thats bacteria, then its probably that quick. Iirc bacteria can double in size every hour.

yes it is that fast. BUT its not that strong a cycle/bio filter yet. so keep going slow
did you use live sand live rock? if yes it was already cycling, if no all dry see above.
In theory, If you track every day(who does that really?) youll see ups and downs of all the parameters for the next several weeks as it matures.
Then the UGLYIES, another up and downs as it adjusts to bio load and the introduction of other bacterias(cyanos) and algaes that hitchike or are airborne. and the paramters(daily /weekly) will fluctuate accordingly as they breed and die and are reprocessed by the cycle.

Thats my .02 and feeling on "chasing" numbers in a new tank. Dont chase, track.

Its not right according to nitrifying bacteria - in pure media they normally has a dubbling rate of least 13 hours. They are slow growing (for be a bacteria) autotrophic bacterias
