My boyfriend bought these two baby clowns from the LFS on Friday. Today one of the little guys looks not good. They are the only fish in the tank. The black one is completely fine for now. The orange one is losing color, swimming weird and lays on the sand then swims to the top.

Tank is a 15 gallon nano, only fish in the tank are these two. Did a water change last night on this tank.

put an air hose in the tank, sounds like you're missing some o2 and if it is the case, its a quick and easy solution. My guess is other troubleshooters will want to know tank parameters. Impossible to tell without them. Tank also seems to have slight haze to it but it's hard to tell on video. I can tell you that the fish does not look healthy at all.

How old is this tank? That is, when was it setup and running?
Have you checked the water for ammonia? If not do so.

Like recommended by @MDAquatics definitely drop in and run an air stone. The fish are breathing very fast.

Keep in mind that, even though Clownfish are tank-bred, it doesn't mean they are free of pathogens. I've know breeders to sell sick fish (knowingly) and also breeders who cross-contaminate their breeding tanks with other fish tanks and sell sick fish (unknowingly).

Yeah Ive got some flow, I have a better valve to spread the flow better on the way. The little guy passed unfortunately. Im pretty sure the lfs sold ny BF a sick fish

Tanks been up a month, used cycled water from my main tank with a WC before adding the fish. Parameters tested good (0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and 10 nitrate). Tank is mostly a rock flower nem tank, BF wanted to put two baby clowns so I let him.

To me both are moving their mouths rapidly and the water looks cloudy in the video.
If you have a bacterial bloom you could have depleted oxygen.
To me it looks like not enough oxygen as well

Understood.

Although you used "cycled water" I'm not too sure the tank was ready for the bio load of the fish.

I'd guess sick fish to begin with. The OP has two other tanks and even the rock in the video is covered in coralline so I'd assume some bacteria came from live rock as well as the water from the main display. Very sorry for you @littlefoxx , been a rough week for you.

Yes it has. The little black clown is doing alright and so are the corals with the exception of my hammer which I cant seem to keep in any tank for some reason.

Pics very fuzzy to clearly see anything but sounds like possible issues with gill such as mucus …. Flukes or similar
You can try if fish is not breathing heavy, a 5 minute freshwater dip the same temperature as display tank for temporary relief until fish can be better assessed

The little guy passed unfortunately. Keeping an eye on the other little one now

Just seeing this now. the little clown looked thin and was breathing fast, I think it was a problem before you bought it, sorry.
