Cant connect my pump to WiFi network

I have syncra sdc 7.0 wifi controllable pump. Every time I try to connect to this pump's network, message "Internet not available".
My home network has no problems. I've contacted Sicce and so far no reply. Please help.

Do you know if your network is broadcasting 2.4gh, and 5gh on the same SSID? If it is name the 2.4 side differently than what the 5gh is and see if it will allow you to connect the the 2.4gh network.

Some access points/routers will broadcast both channels with the same name and some devices flake out

I've checked and no 5 gh

Some older equipment doesn’t like spaces in the SSID. I had to rename my home network to remove the space before I was able to connect my solar PV inverter. I doubt Sicce is using such old cheap Wifi chips (as my solar inverter is), but it may be worth a try.

I am having the same issue, even bought a dedicated 2.4 router but still no joy, did you manage to get yours working. Don’t understand why these manufacturers offer WiFi connection if it’s so flaky.
