Is the GHL logo flashing blue/white or something else? The flashing light (or lack thereof) can help you troubleshoot.
I understand that you know what you did, but if it's not working properly, then I'd suggest you double check the settings you put into the device. I'm not saying you're wrong, but one of the biggest parts of troubleshooting is double or even triple checking.
You can set the dosing heads/pumps to either automatic or individual (manual setting) mode. In automatic, you just tell it how much per dose and how many times per day. It'll calculate the total daily amount, which is nice to double check your math.
