Can't figure these guys out

I'm not sure what I'm looking at. I've only seen them on live rock but now they have made it the glass. No movement but do peel off with high current.

I dont see any harm caused but I was hoping someone had an idea.

Are they hard? If so they are foraminifera, or just forams. Little hard-shelled protists. One of my tanks gets them constantly, they get blown out of the return and stick to the front glass. Really need to scrape them good to remove all traces. Not dangerous, but not helpful either, as nothing eats them as far as I can tell.

I have same looking things as far as I figured out they’re nerite snail eggs
