I've had this frag since march. It's been in multiple systems since I got it. Here's a pic from when I got it

All other sps have great polyp extension

This one stn for awhile so I fragged it into 3. 1 rtn the next day. The other 2 look like this after 2 months

There's no polyp extension or any growth . Are they even still alive? There's no pests and all other coral are thriving.

Yes they are still hanging in there.
Did you dipped it before it went in your tank?
If you didn't it might be that it got stressed by some pest and they moved on.
As they still hanging in there I would move them to a low spot on the sand bed somewhere and just leave them alone.
If other SPS are doing good there's no point to freak out as this mentioned coral might be just one that wasn't to be meant to be in your tank, we all been there one way or the other.
It's always good to give us hobbyist some info about your tank that would help us a lot too.
For example..........

A. Total water volume ( Please include sump, etc.)

B. What are your parameters? ( CA, ALK, PO4,Salinity, etc.)

C. Type of lighting. Please include age, watts, and bulb/ballast name.

D. Filtration method (Skimmer, GFO, DSB, etc.)

E. What types of corals do you keep other than SPS?

F. How long has the tank been running?

G. What are you dosing? Dosing schedule?

H. Which brand of salt are you using?

I. What brand of test kits are you employing?

J. What are you using for CA/ALK supplementation?

K. What are you using for flow? (Pump names, how many, placement, etc.)

A. Total water volume ( Please include sump, etc.)
93 and deep blue 30 sharing 55 gallon sump
B. What are your parameters? ( CA, ALK, PO4,Salinity, etc.)
Cal 460
Alk 9.3
Mag 1400
Salinity 1.025
Don't have trustworthy kits for the others. Waiting for them to come in

C. Type of lighting. Please include age, watts, and bulb/ballast name.
Each display has a 250w halide 14000k phoenix bulb 8 months old in lumen max elite pendents
D. Filtration method (Skimmer, GFO, DSB, etc.) Reef octopus nwb 150 skimmer, gfo and carbon

E. What types of corals do you keep other than SPS? Sps, znp, 1 torch, shrooms, 1 leather

F. How long has the tank been running?
The system has been running 2 years but swapped a 27 cube for the 93 in January
G. What are you dosing? Dosing schedule? I dose 7ml a day for cal and alk using aquavitro products eight four and calcification

H. Which brand of salt are you using?
Reef crystals
I. What brand of test kits are you employing?
Salifert
J. What are you using for CA/ALK supplementation?
Manually dosing until my co2 tank comes for my cal reactor
K. What are you using for flow? (Pump names, how many, placement, etc.)
Pump is a jebao dc12000 100% split 50/50 to each tank. The 93 has a jebao rw8 and rw15 and the 30 has 2 rw4s. All pumps ran at 100% on else (reef crest)

Since I am in the same boat as you, I will chime in on this. I highly suspect this to be a PO4 issue. PO4 can drastically stunt the growth of SPS and causes RTN / STN from the bottom up IMO. I have seen it on all my SPS corals. I never did test PO4 but the LFS did that for me. However , it wasn't until a Triton test that I was shocked that I had 3 times the "okay" amount of PO4 in the tank, currently at .117
I would suggest getting the test kit and see where yours is. I now do not trust my LFS to test any of my water and will just purchase goods from them from this point forward. Its unfortunate because I really trusted him at one point and to have said my PO4 is undetectable for over a year just to purchase SPS over and over again just seems wrong to me. I guess half that is on me too because I didn't get a test kit earlier..

I have roughly 30 other sps in the tanks and they have all been coloring up nicely and had great growth. Not saying my PO4 is in perfect condition but seems to be good enough for the other acros. Still is an issue I need to address though. I should also mention this is the BC Frost Pop and I believe Adam had issues with his colony and I think he may have actually lost it. Not for sure on that though

Easy to test the PO4 yourself with no test kit.
Stick your thumb from your right hand in the tank to be tested, not your left hand where your thumb is on the right and hold it up for 3 min.
While you doing that go on line and google "Hanna low phosphate" find the cheapest deal out there and click overnight shipping.
Once you finalize this look at your thumb which is still up and tell yourself "job well done"
No kidding, lol.
Just forget the thumb thingie and get your self a Hanna ASAP!
0.117 isn't that bad as Adam used to run his system on one point at 0.18.
My po4 is at 0.06 but I do 6 feeding a day if I do less it will drop close to 0.0.
Good luck and let us know how things turn out.

I had one really strong grower that browned out quickly and looked horrible. While frantically testing and searching the system I found a mounting screw that had fallen in the water. I dont know how long it was there. But within a week of removing it my grower came right back. As with anything in this hobby I can't be sure. But there's that

I find the screw unlikely since 1 frag is on the 30 sand bed and the other is on the rack in the 93

Yeah if they don't share the same water I guess not. I have a three tank system and the screw was in the sump. So if they're connected at all possibly. But if not probably not. I found it weird though Because that was the only coral that was affected. Gotta love this hobby

They share the same water but wouldn't that cause all my sps to do it instead of only this 1 particular coral.

More info
When I first got my pack that this coral was in. I found aefw in my tank while this pack was being shipped so this pack went into a seperate system for a week. Then to a friends tank and after being in his tanks for 2 1/2 months then I got it back and it was stn. I got it back around mid June and that's when I fragged it. So this particular coral has hated 2 completely different sps dominated tanks

You can also do a Triton test as it will tell you everything that you need to know.
I do every other month a Triton test, $50 is nothing than a few $1000 in corals just to know where I stand.
IMO I see it as a checkup, only thing is my own checkup is every 6 months
Note, Triton can't test for Alk though.

I've been throwing around the idea of a triton test

Before I bought a Hanna ul phosphate checker a year ago, I thought my phosphates were in a good range testing with the salifert. First test I did with the Hanna showed .18 so I tested again same result best testing equipment I bought.
