Cant find an i.d. on this..

I have been watching it for several weeks now its weaving in and out of my live rock. Texture looks rubbery. Been trying to find something similar to find out what it is. Any ideas? Do I need to remove it?

A spaghetti worm is not bad, sponge is not either. The sponge you have is a good sign.
