Can't find my angel

I have a midnight angel that I could not find last night is at least five inches
Moved everything and still can't find my angel. I also have a shrimp that I lost. It is a coral banded shrimp

Are there any predator types in the tank? Maybe set a trap in the sand for sea monsters. Bobbitt worms seem to be a recent recurring theme...

following to see if I can come up with ideas where my 6” lion fish , and 2 mono’s went
About 5 years ago , they disappeared over night without a trace

I’ve had multiple fish over the years disappear in the tank, including larger fish like a tang. I saw it at night and in the morning poof gone. No trace.

Just a mystery.

I’ve lost atleast 5 fish over the years the same way.

If your Angel comes out for feeding normally, I would worry, too. Pending tank volume Ammonia or Nitrate spikes may be a bad sign. Fish can hide very well and are at time impossible to see (overflow box), corpses at least do not hide. Best of luck.
