This is growing all over my glass. It doesn't look like its anywhere else. It waves in the water like strings and is white in color. My tank is pretty new, only inhabitants are snails, a few hermits, and a tiny watchman goby. The snails don't seem interested in whatever it is.

What is it? And I'm about to transfer everything to a new tank. ( I found a super cheap 90 gallon and going to upgrade b4 I have a bunch of stuff in my tank) will the white stuff start in my next tank? I'm going to be using the 60 gallons of water and all my sand from my original tank.
