Can't Identify! How do I beat this!

This algae is growing on my san bed, rocks, over corals, directly on top of coralline algae. Its long stringy, thick, brown. I will use turkey baster to blow it off and it'll appear back in a matter of minutes.

If you can identify please tell me how I can beat it? Please help I'm stressed!
