Can someone help me, I've tried to join the neptune forum for when I'm having specific issues or questions and it won't let me since I don't have a referer.

Assuming you are talking about the Neptune Systems Community Forum...
The Referred field is optional - it says "If you were referred to this site by an existing member of Neptune Systems Community, enter their username here."
You can just leave it blank and continue.
Everything in the Additional Information section is optional.
BTW, almost every forum has a link on the main page that can be used to contact the forum owner or administrator in event of a registration issue or question. That's a far better way to get such help rather than posting in another forum.

Thank you it was on the Neptune systems Community forum and leaving the referer field blank worked great
