Cant log in

On my real account. It is asking for verification as it occasionally does but I do not receive the email code to enter. I have sent help requests via the contact form but haven't gotten any reply. I am Probably making a silly mistake but I cant figure it out. Yes I checked spam folder.

We're not passive aggressive. LOL We'd let you know if there was a problem from our end for sure (I can assure you there's not). I'm not seeing any issues that should be hindering you. Are you trying to log in through the app? A browser (if so, which one)? We'll figure this out and get your old account going for you!

I use chrome on my samsung phone.

It seems that emails aren't getting out. I send a pm from this account and I dont get a notification.

Can the verification process be bypassed?
