Cant login to mobile app, no issues with web version

Hey all, not sure whats going on. I keep getting my password is incorrect on the mobile app.

Reset my password on the website just to be sure. No issues with reset or re-logging on the website.

I tried to do the same on the mobile app and it just will not allow me to login.

deleted the app and redownload, still saying my password is incorrect.

technology is my profession, I promise, lol I am doing it right....

I think the app is gone away. Am I right?
