Can't Positively ID Dino

I have looked at numerous ID guides for dino's and cannot pin these down. They present as a brown slimy film with bubbles attached to most surfaces as well as filaments around one inch long.

Phosphate undectable, neophos arriving tomorrow to remediate that.
Nitrate 5.
UV sterilizer on order.

Tank 2 mos old with live rock from another system.

Any help ID'ing these guys would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like amphidium. Any pics of tank itself under white lighting ?
