Can't Post On Dry Goods For Sale

If I understand correctly, I need to have been a member for 30 days and or have 25 posts? I don't have that many posts, but I've been a "member" for longer than 30 days to post on dry goods for sale threads.

You need both, be a member for 30 days and have 25 meaningful posts.
