Can't Raise Parameters

Hello, for the past month I have been testing my water and my Calcium, Alk and Magnesium are very low. My Calcium is averaging 220ppm, my Alkalinity is averaging 6dkh and magnesium is averaging 720ppm. I have been testing with the red sea kit but also did a comparison with the salifert kit and got the same results. I have been dosing red sea foundation for calcium, Alkalinity and Magnesium but I can't seem to raise my parameters.

I think the calcium kit may not be giving accurate data.

Have you tried it on new salt water?
