Can't Sell Yet | MODS Question

I joined Dec 16th and it's now Jan 15th = 30 days. But I still can't sell items. Does in go down to the second that you registered before it allows you to sell?

It's to around the exact time, but I went ahead and upgraded you since your so close and your a contributing member.
