Cant update APEX firmwear?????

Why wont my apex update?
I habe trued 4 times to up date it.
I follwed the APEX update by neptune to the T and still cant get it to update???
Any thoughts anyone?

I should be able to program outlets and turn on and off outlets with fision correct?

Yes just make sure u move the sliders over first kinda like safeties. swipe left and right lol

Well it wont let me programe the outlets. I have to do it all threw the display.
Is there snother thing i need to download to do this?

And when i swipe them they dont turn off or on they stay the same.

What do you mean?
Theres more then one log in?
When i log into fusion i cant do any of that stuff.

If you logon on your laptop each outlet has a small orange kog wheel on the left. Go there to program. Or use the firmware tool to find the IP of the apex and go to that and login with your set credentials that is the local apex login and programming can be done there also. Need more help lmk

Whats a good program to run the heater off the temp probe?
