/Had a CB yellow tang go through QT that gradually over this time developed HLLE. I know it came from two possible issues in QT, either stray voltage and/or copper.

Now that the tang's in the DT, I'm working to reverse the effects feeding more frequent algae with selcon, and of course the water quality is much better.

My question is would BRS Rox cause any issues?
I really don't want to pull the carbon if I don't have too. At the same time I want to do what I can to reverse HLLE.

Could be copper but in many cases- nutritional deficiency
Feed foods such as:
LRS herbivore diet
SPiRULINA brine shrimp
HiKari megs veggie
Hikari marine cuisine
Small plankton
Mysis shrimp
Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract

Add seldom vitamins and garlic extract to the foods for stamina and immunity health

My apologies, I should have mentioned diet. I've taken all these steps mentioned even through QT. My question is in regards to whether I should remove the BRS rox carbon.

Yes- carbon well known to contribute to HLLE
