Carbon and GFO amounts?

I purchased a SpectraPure dual reactor for GFO and Carbon. I am currently running just a Nextreef gfo reactor. 65G tank with 30G sump setup. What quanities of each should I use in the reactors? Thanks!

Granular GFO

• Start with 1 tablespoon per 4 gallons of water
  (16 tbsp = 1 cup).
• After 4-8 weeks the aquarium will have adjusted to lower nutrient levels and the amount of GFO can be increased up to 2 tablespoons per 4 gallons of water.

For Carbon, use 2 cups per 55gallons
Activated Carbon in the Marine Tank

Let me know how you like that reactor. I'm torn between the spectra or just 2 single BRS reactors.
