Carbon and GFO reactors

I'm looking to pick up two Nextreef MR1 reactors to run carbon and GFO that I'll be purchasing from Bulk Reef Supply. I'm wondering how much to use of both for a system that has a total volume of about 160 gallons and mainly LPS but looking to add a few SPS. This will be my first experience with GFO and carbon utilized with reactors. Also, I'm looking at the roc 0.8 carbon and the high capacity GFO. Any input will be greatly appreciated!

I'm using 1 & 1/2 cups of the Carbon in AquaMax Reactor for every month and 10 spoons for the AquaMaxx GFO. AquaMaxx reactor is very good to tumble cycle the media inside the reactor. I was using NextReef reactor but I'm not happy since its clog in a week.
