Carbon Change for new tank

I setup a Waterbox cube 10 2 weeks ago and used the carbon in the package that came with the setup. I'm wondering when should I replace it?

Also I was looking at the BRS ROX 0.8 carbon, if I use their calculator its no where the amount that im currently using that came with the unit.

Carbon clogs after time so it depends on whats in the water. Once a month is good. Now if you have coral warfare then once a week.
Amount; Eye ball it. Its not like there is a prob if you use too much

Some people only use carbon when there water start to turn yellow. Or smell. I use a small amount and change every two weeks.
