Carbon Confused - Max E-170

Hey all, I'm back in the hobby after 25 years. I recently set up a Max E-170 that has now been running for a couple of months. I'm about to swap out the carbon bag. The carbon bag that came with the tank was very full, and occupied the entire space between shelves in the media rack. I bought a canister of Red Sea reef-spec carbon and the instructions say to use a fraction of the amount that was in the original bag. How much carbon are people using? Thanks!

Just follow the instructions (there was a guide on their web site at one point if not on the box) but as a guide in my S650 which is bigger, I use around 200-250g and change it every 4-5 weeks or so

So at a guess in yours I would say 50-100g and then change it as above, maybe even less
