So I got a carbon doser regulator second hand with a tank that I purchased but I can't get any bubbles out of it. Co2 is full and I have readings on both guages. Red light is blinking and I'm only trying to get it to bubble into a glass so no back pressure. Is there something wrong with the solenoid or am I missing something obvious.
