I hooked up the new carbon doser and followed the directions. However once powered and set to 10 psi the doser doesn’t eject any bubbles. The light never lights up at all near the bottom. The plug’s red light is lit so I know it has power. I’m stumped right now, any suggestions?

Did you open your C02 tank's valve to wide open, and or try 15 - 16 psi?

I found my carbon doser would not allow any bubbles around or less than 8psi.

Even at lower PSI or even when the valve is closed, the red light should blink on every so often. Even if the button is set to 1 bubble per 10 seconds or so, it should blink once every ten seconds or so. I have a carbon doser and this happens.

If the light never blinks on and it shows that it has power, then the carbon doser is broken.

Now, I have had the light blink and no CO2 bubbles are sent to the CaRx due to the CO2 valve being closed or pressure being too low. But if the light doesn't blink at all....
